Breakage in post.

My order arrived broken, what do I do?

Depending on the product, send me a photo of the item, if item is damaged beyond repair (broken glass) a replacement or refund will be granted. If item is slightly damaged you will need to send it back to us.Replacement or refund only after item is received back to Desiree Designs. Original packaging is required to lodge a claim with the courier company delivering your order. Without this no replacement or refund can be provided.

Package attempt delivery

If the courier company has attempted to deliver your parcel unsuccesfully (it requires signature on delivery) and it is returned to Desiree Designs, you will need to pay postage again to receive your item. No refunds will be given.


I changed my mind, can I get a refund?

A refund will be granted less 10% restocking fee. Personalised products can not be returned.

Accidental Damage

In the event of a product being accidentally damaged, ie not followed care instructions, unfortanately we are unable to reimburse your order. Care instructions are found on each product on the website, also care instructions included with orders.
